Once the scope is defined, we curate a selection of pieces that balances aesthetics and function, so every item is as comfortable and practical as it is beautiful. We evaluate materials, from rare marbles to bespoke Italian leathers, choosing finishes for both luxury and longevity, and we build the plan around your budget with a transparent framework. You leave this phase with a clear blueprint of how textures, colours and proportions will transform your home.

Purchasing

With the design finalised and approved, we place your orders through our direct relationships with our finest artisans and partners in Italy. We manage every detail of customisation, from bespoke upholstery to specific finishes, so that each piece made for you is authentic, exclusive and manufactured to the standards that define the Giorgio Mortelli name.

Quality control

Excellence is non-negotiable. Before your furniture begins its journey to Lebanon, it goes through a rigorous quality check: every curve, carving and stitch is verified against your expectations. Validating the craftsmanship at the source means only flawless pieces are cleared for shipment.

Logistics & shipment

We handle the complexities of international transport with our shipping partners so you don’t have to. Our logistics team coordinates safe, efficient shipping from Italy to Lebanon and manages customs clearance and documentation, so your furniture arrives in the same pristine condition it left the workshop.

Installation

This is where your space is transformed. Our installation team, trained in handling high-end furniture, delivers and assembles every piece with white-glove care, working cleanly and placing each item according to the agreed plan. Not just a delivery: the realisation of the design, with a focus on stability, placement and immediate livability.

Final inspection

Our commitment concludes when you are satisfied. After installation we walk through the space with you and inspect every detail: every drawer glides, every fabric is pristine, and the arrangement meets your expectations. Your new interior is then ready to be enjoyed.
